That’s fabulous, and Jacqui McShee has a great face and poise for such a song. One of the YouTube comments says “She looks like she stepped out of an Elizabethan portrait.”
I can imagine her embroidering a tapestry in between songs.
I only recently heard of “Willy O’Winsbury”, from the Anne Briggs version, though I know the tune well as “Farewell Farewell” by Fairport.
I’ve got “Basket Of Light”, which is OK. Are any of the other Pentangle albums worth hearing? I’m a fan of Bert Jansch (who isn’t in the above clip) and have a few of his records. Saw him once, the epitome of low-key.
