This one is a bit of a puzzle. This is the version I remember as a single on Warner Bros in 1963:

But there is an alternate (not so good) version which I think is from an LP, possibly The Hit Collection of 2017:

The full title was (So It Was…So It Is) So It Always Will Be. It was written by Arthur Altman. It reached a miserable 116 in America, and 23 in the UK.
