Another brilliant Phil Spector production, but it did not get the success it deserved. It was written by Spector, Pete Andreoli and Vince Poncia. The backing vocals were augmented by Darlene Love and the Blossoms, Bob B. Soxx, and Sonny & Cher. It was released in April 1964, and peaked at No 39 in the US and No 43 in the UK.
