I love that version, it could have been a pop hit as it had a commercial sound for its time.
The drumming is one of the best things about it, simple, solid and straight down the middle. You could safely buy a used car from someone who plays the drums like that. The drummer is Liam Genocky who has been in many groups.
Dave Mattacks has a great style but his drumming is unpredictable. He will miss a couple of beats and then come up behind you and wallop you on the back of the head with a sudden load more. Beware when buying a car from Mattacks.
