Brinzley Schwarz, – I didn’ t think anyone else knew about them! They came – at my insistence – to our Pub Rock venue The Torrington in North Finchley many many times, Quite wonderful.
Doesn’t Nick Lowe look young, I suppose it was ’73.
Try ‘Ballad of a Has Been Beauty Queen’ off their second album I think. I bought the first few. My wife and I could say we met at a Brinsley Schwarz gig back then at the Torrington. Still got the albums, still got the wife. Keep up the good work both of you.
